We are pleased to offer free shipping in the lower 48 states for all orders over $75. There is a flat rate of $7.5 for all other orders.
If you order before 3 pm eastern time, we can usually dispatch the next business day. In rare cases, it may take 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders to the USA are shipped via USPS, UPS or with a local courier with expected delivery between 5 - 10 business days. Note: at this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
A contact person must be available to accept the shipment between the hours of 9am - 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the shipment. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All shipments are in protective packaging so that the product arrives in perfect condition to the recipient.
Further, the buyer should examine the content of the parcel when receiving the items from the delivery staff. If there are any missing items please do not collect the item and return it to the delivery driver so that we can proceed with the insurance.
LuckyShmily is able to refund merchandise purchases within 14 days of delivery. In order to be a valid return, the product must be sent back to LuckyShmily. in its original package. There must be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind. The ordered product must be returned to our warehouse.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us before 5pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders that have already shipped. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address. Please note that we get dinged a $ 4 fee for every wrong address so it would be great if you could ensure that the address is entered correctly.
